Meet: Cleo.  Cleo is a female border collie/terrier mix.  She is a sweet puppy who is looking for an active family to call her own.  

Cleo is up to date on shots, microchipped, and has a health certificate from our veterinarian.  She is NOT spayed, as we do not believe in pediatric spay/neuter.  However, HBAR's contract requires her adopter to have her spayed by nine months of age at the adopter's expense.  

If you would like to be considered to meet Cleo, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  If you are pre-approved, please contact Cleo's foster mom Kim directly.
