Phoenix and her siblings came to HBAR with their mommy from Kentucky. Phoenix is a true Southern lady - very charming and charismatic. She has a sweet disposition and loves everyone she meets. Phoenix's mom appears to be a pure bred Shih Tzu. There appears to be multiple fathers for the puppies, but we believe that Phoenix's daddy was a small lab mix. Phoenix is well socialized - she is good with other dogs, kids, and would likely do well with cats (but her foster family does not have them, so we can't be sure). Phoenix is up to date on shots and microchipped. Her adopter will be required by the adoption contract to spay her by nine months of age. If you would like to meet Phoenix, you must have an approved application with HBAR. HBAR receives many applications for our puppies. We do our best to process applications in a timely manner.
