Red was an owner surrender... he and two female dogs and 5 adult humans were all living in a tiny one bedroom apartment that did not allow dogs! The girls found homes quickly but Red is still hoping to find his forever home. Red has been temperament tested and is very kissy and cuddly. He loves riding in the car and does pretty well on leash now. He is very respectful of our fragile 14 year old Beagle, but he can play as rough as the next dog though if it wants to rough house. He plays well with some of our dogs but he and one of our other male foster dogs seem to have an issue so we don't take any chances letting them play together. Because of this we recommend a home with female dogs or no dogs. Red should have a fenced yard or a family dedicated to walking him. He loves to run and play so a fenced yard would be wonderful.
