Whopalee came to us as an owner surrender because his current owner does not have enough time to devote to him. He was named by her daughter and is very smart. Whopalee already knows his name and will come when he is called. He is also AMAZINGLY housebroken except for dribbles when he gets excited. He loves to play and is great with kids. Whopalee will make a wonderful family dog. If you can provide Whopalee with love and care for the rest of his life please fill out an applicaton as only approved applicant may meet him.
