Meet JollyHolly!  JollyHolly is one of Beanie's puppies.  Beanie is a Boston Terrier possible mixed with border collie.  We believe daddy to be an English Bulldog because JollyHolly looks like a pure bred English Bulldog. JollyHolly is the only girl and only Border Collie/BostonTerrier/Bulldog mix pup. She is very lazy and loves to sit on my daughters lap and fall asleep.  I think she could lay there all day and night if we allowed her to.  She is a cuddle bug and loves food/ treats and attention. The vet noted she will be 30 to 40 lbs.  The vet also commented on her narrow nostrils that are very common in breeds like bulldogs.  The owner will need to be cognizant that during hot months they will need to limit her time outside.  Bulldogs simply don't handle heat very well.   The puppies have been wormed every week while in our care and proactively treated with Marquis Paste in case they were exposed to a parasite called Coccidia.  Their fecal sample prior to their shots tested negative for parasites.  They received their first Distemper Combo shot at 6 weeks of age, and they received a clean bill of health at 7 weeks of age at Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital where they were microchipped.  Our organization pre-pays the registration fee on the microchip for our adopters.  If you would like to meet these puppies, please apply at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  Carla Hughes will process your application and will then hand you off to Tiffany the foster mom.  These puppies are New Cumberland Pennsylvania 17070, so please MapQuest the city to make sure you are willing to travel that far.  We do not ship/deliver puppies nor will we be able to hold them until Christmas.  Please only apply if your ready to adopt now.
