As many of you know, Homeward Bound Animal Rescue specializes in pregnant dogs or new mommies. And as much as we would want all of them to be physically perfect, we occasionally have some puppies that are born with physical issues. We want to bring attention to these puppies early in the adoption process to provide any potential adopters with the knowledge they would need to prepare for their new family member. Ray-Ray is one of our special puppies that will steal your heart. Ray-Ray is 7 weeks old but at least 2 weeks behind his siblings in development. He appears to be blind and his back knees haven’t developed correctly so his gait is wobbly. Otherwise Ray-Ray is sweet, loving, full of life and ready to please. He loves to snuggle with his brothers and sisters. He is likely a small-breed mix and so will make a good lap dog for a family with patience and lots of love to give. With Valentine’s Day coming soon, he is ready to steal your heart. Adopters with prior animal special needs experience preferred, serious inquiries only. .
