Belle is a shepherd/lab mix who came into rescue as an owner surrender.  The puppies were outside in the elements with their parents.  The puppies were not used to human contact, but Belle is really flourishing in foster care.  She has really come to trust humans and enjoy being around them - she enjoys snuggles, belly rubs, and getting kisses.  Belle is very playful and has done well with the adult dogs in his foster home.    

All HBAR puppies are up to date on shots.  HBAR puppies are not spayed or neutered because it is unhealthy for puppies.  HBAR's adoption contract requires adopters to spay or neuter their puppy by nine months of age.  

If you are interested in meeting one of our puppies, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  We get a high number of applications for our puppies, so please be patient as your application is processed.  I   f you have an approved application, please contact the puppy's foster mom directly.
