THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING. PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER AT THE BELOW INFORMATION. Pet’s Name: Bailey Biography: Bailey is a beautiful Lab/Chow Chow Mix. She is almost 3.5 years old. She loves to cuddle with her owners and be near them. She loves to run outside, take walks, fetch balls and of course she loves to nap. She is a well trained dog and knows commands like sit, whoa (stay), down, come, off and knows the words "walk" and "outside". She is good on a leash too! She is house trained, but not crate trained. She is spayed, microchipped and completely up-to-date on all of her shots, there is paperwork to show it from our vet. We also have had her on flea/tick and heartworm preventative regularly. Unfortunately there is one reason we cannot continue to care for Bailey. She is very scared around new people and young children she does not know. When new people come to the house, or are around in public she gets very shy. If they try to interact with her, she barks, growls and backs away from them. She is NOT an aggressive dog, she has never bitten or tried to bite someone. Her instinct is to run and get away but she barks and growls to show her anxiety. We cannot care for this anymore due to a 3 month old baby and the amount of friends, family and small children coming in and out of our house. Bailey loves anyone she calls family, and it wouldn't take too long of living with you for her to include you. She is a very sweet, loving, loyal dog to her family. She loves to play with her toys, tug-o-war, run around the yard and be active. She would love a person with a nice sized yard. It does not have to be a fenced yard, but until she is fully invested in you and will come, I may not let her run free, she loves to explore! She also may do good with some specialized training for her anxiety and instinct to react to new people. We would include some toys, any extra food and her bed for her new owner.
