Wilbur is a sweet little guy with a comedic personality. He loves everyone, especially his brother Tibby. The brothers were born at a shelter in WV on Christmas day and came to Pa. on 12/27 with their momma. Momma is a rat terrier and by the look and build of them we are guessing daddy was a dachshund.These fellows are happy, outgoing and hours of entertainment.
