Meet Farris!  Farris is one of Roo's puppies.  Roo is Rottweiler mix.  And we believe daddy was a Lab mix.  Some of the pups look like they might have some Pitt in them too, but were not sure if that is the Rotti in mom coming out in them.  We tried to run a DNA test on them, but unfortunately the test failed because I did not gather enough of a DNA sample on the swabs and we just did not have enough time to get the test rerun in time before their adoption.   The puppies were born in foster care here in Pennsylvania.   We have dewormed the puppies every week since they turned two weeks old except for the week of their vaccinations.   They have received a clean fecal reading and a clean bill of health from our veterinarian, Timberview Vets.  They were microchipped, and our organization pays the registration fee for the adopter. They were treated with Revolution for their first HW preventative/flea/tick control.  If you want to meet these puppies or their mom Roo, you must have an approved adoption application on file.  You can apply online at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.   These puppies are located in Mechanicsburg, PA.  We do out-of-state adoptions, but you must be willing to travel to the foster parent's home.  We do not ship puppies.
