Meet: Wesley. Wesley is a lab mix - possibly with great dane. Wesley is still lacking in confidence, but he is learning to love and trust. I seriously fist pump when he gives me wet puppy kisses. Wesley's ideal home would have a confident doggie friend who can continue to teach him how to "dog." He is doing fabulous with the 6 dogs in his foster home.  Wesley is also looking for a calm, child-free home where he can continue to flourish.  All Homeward Bound Animal Rescue puppies are vet checked at least twice, microchipped, up to date on shots, and dewormed multiple times.  HBAR puppies are NOT spayed or neutered as it is not healthy for the puppies.  The HBAR adoption contract requires the adopter to spay or neuter the puppy by nine months of age and provide documentation to the rescue.  If you would like to be considered to meet Wesley, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.
