Meet Emmy!  Emmy is the mom of the E litter.  She is a very sweet and loving adult dog.  She is in a foster home with other dogs, cats, and children.  She does very well with respectful children and she appears to be fine with cats.  She does okay with other dogs when introduced properly.  She would do best in a home with a calm dog or no other dogs.  She is afraid of loud noises (i.e. fireworks).  She is learning to play with toys and just being a happy dog.  She enjoys laying in the sun and snuggling with anyone that will pet/hug her.  She is house trained and crate trained and does okay on a leash.  She has a tick-borne illness that was treated.  She will need a follow-up test in a years time to make sure it is under control; the vet does not believe there will be a need for further treatment.  She has no symptoms.  She is spayed, UTD on shots, and has been treated with Revolution for flea/tick/ HW prevention.  Please contact teenanigro@gmail.com if you are interested in Emmy and have an approved application on file or you can apply at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
