Meet Theo!   Theo is one of the most friendly puppies out of the T litter and also one of the smallest pups of the litter. He always comes straight to whichever person is closest. As soon as he sees you his tail never stops wagging! Giving kisses are his specialty and he won't stop until you pull him away! He likes cuddling and playing equally and would be happy doing either one.  Mom is a small 10lb King Charles spaniel/beagle mix Dad is believed to be a Chihuahua mix.
