Petey is an extremely friendly dog who was pulled out of a "high kill" shelter and is now being temporarly housed near Bellefonte, PA. His foster mommy saw him at his local shelter, and when she found out he was due to be PTS due to overcrowding, she pulled him out of there. Petey must know that his foster mommy was his guardian angel because he has become quite attached to her. He is a very happy go lucky lab who very much needs to find his forever home. If you save Petey, he will love you forever.
