Meet Nala! This sweet girl joined our rescue after living her entire life on a chain in Georgia.  To make things worse her owners then abandoned her there pregnant.  She gave birth to 10 pups in a rural shelter and that's when we got the call for help.  Nala's physical condition was so poor that sadly only 2 pups survived.  She was the best momma to them and they have since been adopted. Now it's Nala's turn to find her happily ever after!  Nala is a calm, happy dog that will follow you everywhere.  She is very dog friendly, housebroken, crate trained, walks well on a leash and rides well in the car.  Nala is being treated for heartworms and will need strict exercise restriction for several weeks.  Her ideal home would have no more than one other dog as we want her to be the center of attention and have a fenced yard since she spent so many years on a chain.
