O'Malley is just the love of his mommy's life, but unfortunately for O'Malley he wants to be the leader of the pack where there is already an established leader.  He gets along wonderfully with other dogs as long as they aren't alphas.  He especially gets along very nicely with girl dogs and tiny puppies who he will let crawl all over him.  He adores children and has attended girl scout meetings where he is fawned over.  He is house trained, crate trained, and only sheds twice a year when he blows his undercoat.  When he's not blowing the undercoat he has very minimal shedding.  I do not crate O'Malley during the day, so he roams freely through the house.  He never ever chews anything and is just a perfect gentlemen.  It tears me up to have to let him go, but he and my older lab just don't get along.
