Valentine is a happy little Chihuahua mix !  She is outgoing and active.  She loves to play and chase toys. She has a physical handicap and currently runs around on 3 legs... she is fast!  The vet feels she has a grade 4 medially luxating patella.  She is not in pain and has had this issue her whole life.  She loves her brother Victor and they always play and snuggle together.
