Philbert is one of Baby Girls 6 pups. There are 4 Males and 2 Females that are Standard Poodle mixes.  We do not know what Dad was but they are all balls of fluff.  Very sweet, love people, get along with other dogs, will do well in any household and make great additions to the family. He is being Fostered in Mechanicsburg, PA
