The name says it all...Rascal is quite the rascal.This boy is a ton of fun who plays and wrestles around with his 9 siblings as much as he can. Rascal also has a loving sweet side who loves belly rubs and kisses. Rascal is defintely a hound dog, who trys like the dickens to howl like a hound dog (doesn't quite have it as of yet).
