Bailey and his three siblings (Kody, Buck and Kira) came into our rescue from a very rural area of upstate New York. These fluffy little puppies look like the canine equivalent of wooly-bear caterpillars!! They are a mix of akita, chocolate lab, and shepherd, & are extremely intelligent and affectionate. At only 6 weeks old, they learned to use a doggie door & paper trained themselves in less than one day at my home. These pups absolutely clamor for hugs and kisses. They love to be picked up and held and are extremely well socialized. When they see people, they cannot get to them quickly enough, and their little tails never stop wagging. In fact, it was hard to get good photographs of them because they were wiggling and waggling so much!!

Bailey has something he’d like to say to you.
I am the striking-looking “brindle boy” of the crew. Foster mommy says that I have the most distinctive facial markings of my siblings, and that makes me quite handsome. Foster mommy also says that I am as sweet as I am handsome, and that I am quite the lover-boy. I love when people hold me, kiss me, cuddle me and pet me. So, how about it??
