Hi I'm Raider and I'm so grateful to be alive. A very nice lady in Roanoke, VA found me wandering in a parking lot . She did everything she could to help me. The lady cried because she wanted to take me home but worried that her two elderly animals would be upset by someone new. Eventually she found Angels of Assisi and thankfully they had an open kennel. I guess I was saved twice!

Everyone at Angels loves my personality because I adore being hugged, petted and even just someone coming by with a kind word. A volunteer told me that I am the only dog who does not bark in the kennel. I curl up on my cot and wait for someone to come and take me for a walk (I never mess up in my kennel.) When I wag my tail, my whole back-end wiggles. I am neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped, all ready to go to a forever home.
