Meet Carmelo! This little guy is the smallest in his litter with the sweetest personality. While he likes to run and have a good time with his brothers, but he loves to snuggle up and take a nap even more.

Carmelo LOVES his older bigger foster brother and his littermates as well. He's a follower, not a leader and prefers to be with other dogs. He's very mild mannered. While his brothers push to get to their food, he simply waits his turn.

He is star struck by the adult dog in his foster home, and follows him everywhere he can. He tried to sleep with his older foster brother, but that is when the line was drawn and his foster brother relocated poor Carmelo back to his own crate with his littermates.

While we can't be sure with rescue dogs, Carmelo appears to be pure lab. I can't see a trace of another breed in him.

It is in Carmelo's best interests that he is adopted into a home with another dog. Carmelo's brothers Burke and Goliath are a bit more independent and can be in a only dog home.
