Baxter is one of ten puppies born to Goldie.  Goldie we think was either a Shepherd Lab or Lab Rhodesian Ridgeback mix and daddy had to be some type of Shepherd because all the puppies look like him and not mommy.   Their mother came to Homeward Bound Animal Rescue pregnant and she delivered her ten bundles on March 15, 2010.  They have just turned eight weeks old and are ready to seek their fortunes.  These puppies have been handled since they day they were born and love people.  They were wormed every week since they were two weeks old.  They have received their first set of shots and have received a wonderful check-up at our vet.  All of this has been documented and will be given to the adopters on the day they pick up their puppies.  The puppies will be microchipped at adoption time.  Our organization pre-pays the registration fee for your microchip, so there is no added expense for the adopter.  If you wish to meet Barnaby or his siblings, please complete the online adoption form at www.homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org and then contact his foster mom at suehollenbach@comcast.net.
