Meet: Rosa.  Rosa is a black and white female with a medium coat.  She is a social gal who likes to be in the action, but she isn't obnoxious.  She is Scarlett's favorite puppy in the litter.  Rosa has the classic look of a border collie, a...nd we believe her mom to be a spaniel mix. She and her siblings were orphaned when their mommy was hit by a car. But, Jessie of HomewardBound AnimalRescue fame, nursed these babies and everyone is now looking for their forever home. Rosa would do great in a family as the "only child" or with other dogs. Only rock star dog owners need apply! Rosa is currently available for adoption.
