Meet: Phoenix. Phoenix is a female golden retriever (mom) and brittany spaniel (dad) mix. Mom is fairly petite and we expect the puppies to be medium sized too (probably no more than 40 lbs). I just love Phoenix's heart shaped marking on her head - like she has been given a kiss for good luck! Phoenix is one of the darker colored puppies in the litter and tends to closely resemble her mommy. Phoenix and her litter mates are bundles of energy, so potential adopters must be ready for an energetic dog that will require plenty of exercise. Phoenix will be available for adoption starting on Thursday, February 27th. In order to meet Phoenix, you must have an approved application with HomewardBound AnimalRescue. The minimum donation required to adopt Phoenix is $450.00.

We are forever grateful to AARF for saving Phoenix's mom, Molly (soon to be Gracie), and getting her and her babies safely to us!
