Precious' puppies

Meet: Buddha. He is a male golden retriever/hound mix. Buddha's mom is a hound/shepherd mix and we believe his dad to be a golden retriever/lab. Buddha is about as chill as they come and has a fabulous pudgy puppy belly (hence the name). While Buddha may look like a black lab, we suspect that he will be much smaller than a pure bred lab when full grown.  We estimate that he will grow to approximately 40 lbs (mom is only 25 lbs).

All of our puppies are treated for worms and parasites on a regular basis.  Our puppies are also given all shots that are appropriate for their age.  Puppies are NOT spayed/neutered, but this must be done by the adopter by nine months of age per our adoption contract. 

Adoption day for this litter is Saturday, May 10th.  If you are not prepared to bring a puppy into your home on Saturday, please do not apply for this puppy.  The minimum donation required to adopt Buddha is $400.00.

If you would like to be considered to meet Buddha, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  We receive many applications for our puppies.  Please exercise patience (which we know is hard) as we work to find the best matches for our puppies.
