Meet: Gavin. Gavin is a male lab/hound mix (possibly with some Great Pyrenees mixed in there somewhere). The first thing that strikes you about this puppy is his one blue eye (exactly like mom). He has a cream colored short coat, and speckl ed apricot colored ears. He also has apricot colored colored spots on his back. He is smaller puppy and will likely be a medium sized adult dog.

Gavin is up to date on his shots and microchipped.  He is not neutered (as we do not believe in pediatric spay/neutering).  His forever family will be required by the adoption contract to have him neutered (at their own expense) by nine months of age.

He will be ready for his forever home on Friday, November 28th. If you would like to be considered to meet Gavin, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  Please do not apply for a named puppy if you are not prepared to take a puppy into your home within 1 to 2 days (instead apply for pre-approval).  Our process moves very quickly once your application is approved.  If your application is approved, the foster will be in touch very soon.
