Loretta is a gorgeous Black and Tan Coonhound mix and the only reason I say mix is because she is much smaller than a normal Black and Tan.  She has the gorgeous markings of the Black and Tan coonhound, but her max weight is going to be 45lbs.  She just finished raising her ten little puppies, and they are beginning to look for their forever homes and it is time for Loretta to find hers too.  She is just a lovely tempered dog.  She is extremely affectionate.  Loves children, adults, and other dogs. She especially loves carrying around tennis balls when she can get them away from our Golden Retriever.   We have her housetrained and trained to go in her crate on command.  This will be just a lovely easy dog for anyone to adopt. And if you're worried about that hound bellow, don't be.  She has the most glorious low and mellow bellow you've ever heard.  It's almost like music, and this is coming from a person who does not normally appreciate a hounds barking.  She is in the process of blowing her coat due to her pregnancy hormones, but within a couple months of being in someone's home, her coat should be restored to its former glory.  Raising ten puppies can really take it out of a girl.  If you are interested in meeting her, you can apply at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
