Poco is one of Neela's puppies.  She is mainly white with some black markings.  She is absolutely adorable and just as sweet as pie.  She sometimes more resembles a boxer, but she is definitely going to be on the smaller side than some of her siblings.

Neela is the mother to this litter.  Neela is black lab/boxer mix.  She has an absolutely wonderful disposition and hopefully it has rubbed off on her 11 pups.  She is extremely obedient and just seeks to please.  Daddy was obviously a Pitt Bull.  Neela has been with her puppies for 7.5 weeks.  Mom was recently spayed, and she is leaving for adopters home on 11/14.   Now it is time to find homes for her puppers.  They were raised by Sue Hollenbach, who will be processing all the adoption applications, but Tiffany White is going to handle their actual adoptions.   The puppies have been wormed every week since they turned two weeks old except for the week of their shots.  Their fecal was tested when they turned six weeks old, and it tested negative.  They received their first set of DAPP shots at this point.  At seven weeks of age they were taken to our vet, Dr. Barbara Ramos-Rivera at Gettysburg Pike Animal Clinic.  They received a clean bill of health and were microchipped.  If you are interested in adopting, you must have an approved adoption application prior to meeting them.  You can complete one at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
