Fable is one of Jangle's puppies, and she is the cousin to the first litter of Lab/Akita puppies we  listed two weeks ago.  Her coloring is very interesting.  She is so dark that she almost appears black, but in the sunlight she looks like a dark chocolate. This particular litter is very sweet and cuddly.  They love crawling up on our laps when we play with them.  Love toys!   The mothers to these litters are Jingle and Jangle, and they are sisters who were pregnant at the same time.  The moms were lab/akita mixes - we do not know what or who daddy may have been.   Jangle's litter of puppies have a more diverse color pattern and have some of the more traditional colors of Akitas, but unlike Jingle's litter, these kids have more of a labrador personality because of this we are not requiring prior Akita experience for this group.   Sue Hollenbach, our Director, raised these puppies and has their mother.  She will be processing the adoption applications for these puppies, but Tiffany White will handle their adoption.  Once your application has been approved, Tiffany will be in touch with you.  These puppies have had multiple wormings, first DAPP shot, microchipped, and received a certificate of health from Dr. Barbara Ramos at Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital.  If you want to be considered to adopt one of Jangle's puppies, please apply at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  If you are invited to meet them, you will be traveling to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.  We are releasing the puppies starting 1/8/2016, and we do not hold puppies more than 3 days after the adoption has been completed.
