Jesse James is one of Rumor's puppies.  He is a super sweet little love bug.  He was especially spoiled by one of our volunteers who would rock him while he laid on his back in her hands.  Initially he fit in just one hand.  This kid is just a lover.    He has the really cool ridge of hair that runs down his nose. It almost looks like a little mohawk running down the bridge of his nose. Their mother Rumor looks like a cross of a smooth coat border collie and a sheltie.  We have no idea what daddy may have been.  The puppies have been wormed every week since they turned two weeks old.  They have received their first Distemper Combo shot at 6 weeks of age.  They have been seen by our vet, Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital - Dr. Ramos, at 7 weeks of age and were given a clean bill of health, negative fecal test and microchipped.  Our organization pays for the registration fee of the microchip for the adopters.  They are being fostered by Sue Hollenbach in her home in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  If you think you want to consider these puppies for adoption, you will need an approved adoption application prior to visiting the puppies.  You can complete the adoption application at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  We do adopt out-of-state.
