O'Possum is one of Sadie's puppies, and the reason this litter all have "O" names.  O'Possum not only resembles one, he roles over and plays dead.  LOL  or at least that's what i call it.  He is the most submissive puppy in the litter, so he will roll over on his back and lay really still to show his submissiveness.  If you reach to rub his little belly, his little tail just starts beating away to show his happiness.  He is just a super sweet and happy puppy, and we just love him.   S adie appears to be an Aussie Lab mix, but our vet feels that daddy was a Bernese Mt. Dog mix.    She feels that way because several of the puppies have double dew claws which is indicative of a larger breed and the color patterns on some of the pups.  The puppies are going to range in size from 55-85 pounds depending on the puppy you choose from this litter.  Some of the pups are long haired and some will have a medium coat.  There are blue, gray, green and brown eyed puppies in this group.  All are stunning in their own unique way.  The puppies were born in our director's home on 1/19/16, and they have been wormed every week since they turned two weeks old  except for the week of their shots.  When I worm puppies, I do it three days in a row with Pyrantel Pamoate, or when they are old enough, we give them a Drontal table which is an all-purpose wormer or Panacure.  The puppies received a clean bill of health at the check up on 3/12/16, and they were microchipped by Dr. Sara Mummert of Timberview vets.  We are sending home with every adopter a Bravecto tablet which will treat your puppy for flea and ticks for 3 MONTHS.   This tablet runs approximately $50, but we feel it gives your puppy a good start since we are coming into the flea and tick season.   If you want to meet these puppies, you must have an approved adoption application filled out at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  Sue Hollenbach who raised the puppies will be reviewing your adoption application, but Tiffany White will be handling their adoptions.  Sue will pass on all approved adoption applications to Tiffany White.  You will have to drive to New Cumberland, Pennsylvania if you are approved to meet the puppies.  We do accept applications from individuals outside of Pennsylvania. The puppies have been eating Iams Puppy food since they were weaned.
