Obi is a sweet and playful puppy.  She is more reserved than most of her litter mates and would do better in a home with older or no children.  Obi would do best in an active home where she could be the center of attention.  

Obi is a member of the Star Wars litter.   The Star Wars Litter is comprised of 7 puppies, 5 females and 2 males.  We believe mom to be a Feist and dad to be an Aussie.  All of the puppies are fairly active and will need owners committed to getting them exercise.  

All of the puppies have their first round of puppy shot and a health certificate from our local  veterinarian.  HBAR does NOT promote pediatric spay/neuter, so our contract requires that adopters have their companion altered by nine months of age, at the owners expense.  HBAR requires proof that this surgery is performed. 

HBAR receives a large number of applications for our puppies and we process them as quickly as possible.  The more information you provide on your application, the more we can determine if our puppies will be a good fir for your home.  If your application is selected, I will be in contact to schedule a meet/greet as soon as possible.  I prefer to match puppies with families based on the personality of the puppy, the activity level/personality of the family, any other dog/cat personalities in the family that we need to consider, and lastly gender/look.  Obviously, the puppy needs to be interested in you and seem comfortable with all family members.  Any children under 10 years old will need to attend the meet/greet so that we can see them interact with the puppies.  If your application is not selected to meet one of these puppies, you application will be processed and remain on file with the rescue for up to a year.
