Sophie is a great dog! She will make a family really happy. She started playing with toys and actually being a dog before she had surgery. She is housebroken, minus an accident or two the first couple night. With new places/sounds she gets nervous and needs a family that will understand that and be patient with her and help her come out of her shell. She loves walks, but with her short stubby legs long walks and hikes might be a little harder for her. With kids she seems to love them and is very gentle. She is a great listener, needs work on basic commands. But is very well trained off leash. In the house she loves cuddling on the couch with you and will cuddle for hours. She likes her crate and does amazing in it, but is smart and won't go in unless she gets a treat. The only thing she has chewed up is rolls of paper towels, she thinks they are toys I believe and she loves them lol. But she is an all around great dog.
