Meet: Kai. She is a female mixed breed dog. I am unsure of her mix, but there is something FAST in there. She can run like the wind! Kai also has a naturally docked tail - makes her more aerodynamic! Kai is one of three puppies that were left to die by some heartless soul - they were placed in a garbage bag and thrown in a creek. Thankfully the puppies found their way to one of our partner rescues and then came to HBAR. 

All HBAR puppies are up to date on shots.  HBAR puppies are spayed or neutered because it is unhealthy for puppies.  HBAR's adoption contract requires adopters to spay or neuter their puppy by nine months of age.  

If you are interested in meeting one of our puppies, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  We get a high number of applications for our puppies, so please be patient as your application is processed.  I   f you have an approved application, please contact the puppy's foster mom directly.
