Meet Sebastian.  Sebastian is one of Lacy's puppies.  Sebastian has the biggest belly!  He is a very calm boy.  He loves to relax and watch TV with us.  Never mouthy/nippy.  He does have an innocent heart murmur grade 1/6.  Our vet does feel that this will go away as he grows.  Lacy their mom is a beagle mix perhaps with lab.    These puppies were born via c-section here in Pennsylvania.  Their mother is originally from southern Virginia.  They have been lovingly raised in one of our foster homes who have other dogs.    We have dewormed the puppies every week since they turned two weeks old except for the week of their vaccinations.   They have received a clean fecal reading.   They  received a clean bill of health from our veterinarian at TimberView Veterinary.  During their exam they were microchipped, and our organization pays the registration fee for the adopter.
