Meet Spencer.  Spencer is one of Lacy's puppies.  Spencer has the fluffiest coat of the litter.  His best buddy is the resident 65lb dog.  He has the cutest coloring....brown feet with little white toes.  He has beautiful gray/green eyes.   Lacy their mom is a beagle mix perhaps with lab.    These puppies were born via c-section here in Pennsylvania.  Their mother is originally from southern Virginia.  They have been lovingly raised in one of our foster homes who have other dogs.    We have dewormed the puppies every week since they turned two weeks old except for the week of their vaccinations.   They have received a clean fecal reading.   They  received a clean bill of health from our veterinarian at TimberView Veterinary.  During their exam they were microchipped, and our organization pays the registration fee for the adopter.
