***COURTESY LISTING***
Mac is about 65 lbs. He is very energetic and loving. He is food motivated and wants to please.  He knows sit, stay, he comes when you call him, gives 5 (shake), and occasionally will lay down. He is house trained and usually walks to the door when he wants to go out.  Sometimes he gets busy playing and doesn’t realize... he’s still a puppy. He is mostly crate trained. He sleeps very well in the crate at night. During the day he gets a little upset to not be with his people.
He can be timid with strange dogs and surroundings but warms up quickly. He would do better either as the only dog or with another large dog as he is an intense player. He loves toys, fetch, and tug of war is his favorite. He’s quite the snuggler as well.  He loves to lay across you with his front legs and body for some quick love!
Mac has ALOT of energy. He needs regular exercise and room to run.  He doesn’t do so well on the leash at first (pulls a lot) but once he gets some energy out, he walks just fine. We are still working on stopping some puppy butting and keeping him from jumping up. He just loves so intensely he can’t help it. He loves to give kisses too!

He was evaluated at 16 weeks for therapy dog training. He seemed to be a good fit but then became more energetic. Consistent training and rewards could easily make him a good fit because he is very in tune with his people and often comes over if one of us doesn’t feel well or get upset.

His schedule- in crate at night for about 8 hours (about 11-7), goes out/eats/drinks, is out for an hour or two, goes back in his crate until about 6-8 hours, goes out again, likes to walk, eat/drink, out again, plays and snuggles until bed time for his humans.
