Meet Sniper!  Sniper is one of Sally's pups.  He is a super playful boy and just adorable. Sniper has a permanent head tilt for some reason.  We think it might be because the mother was vaccinated while pregnant, but it doesn't seem to affect him at all.     Mom is a beagle mix, we don't know anything about dad, but he could be a husky mix based on the coloring and fluffy coats on some of the puppies.   The foster home for these puppies is near Gettysburg Pennsylvania.   If you want to meet them, you need to have an approved adoption application on file at https://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
