Meet Scar!  Scar is one of Sally's pups.  Scar has this gorgeous permanent eye liner.  He is a very calm puppy who is very laid back.  His fuzzy coat just makes him adorable.   Mom is a beagle mix, we dont know anything about dad, but he could be a husky mix based on the coloring and fluffy coats on some of the puppies.   The foster home for these puppies is near Gettysburg Pennsylvania.   If you want to meet them, you need to have an approved adoption application on file at https://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
