Shih Tzu Poodle Mix

Jake is a very sweet little boy who's parents had to relocate to Tennessee to follow a job.  The rented an apt without checking to see if they accept pets and unfortunately they will not be able to take Jake with them.  We are keeping Jake in a foster home in the Carlisle area.  He is around children, other dogs, and a cat.  He is extremely affectionate and loves to play with their teenage son.  Please fill out the online app if you are interested in adopting Jake.

To access out online app you must register with the our website.  You will receive a password which will enable you to then login to the site.  Once you are logged in, you will have access to the adoption application.
