This gorgeous little boy is Colby. He's part of a litter of Yellow Lab mixes. He's being fostered just outside of Philadelphia and is looking for his loving forever home. Below is a message from Colby:

"Hi, I'm Colby! My foster mommy says that I am all boy. I love to romp in the yard and chase tennis balls. I also love to get belly rubs and snuggle up in the evenings with my brother and my sisters. My foster parents call me 'Mr. Personality'! I need a family who will give me lots of love and have time to play with me."
