Meet: Willow. Willow is a pure bred Treeing Walker Coonhound. Her mama was seized by the dog warden when her owners were arrested on drug charges. We were told that mommy had been bred to another Walker.  We don't have "papers" on Willow but she is a beautiful pup.

All of our puppies are fully vetted and given the first set of shots that are appropriate for their age.  We do NOT believe in pediatric spay/neuter and our contract requires that the puppy is fixed at the expense of the adopter by nine months of age.

All of our puppies are microchipped, but the adopter must register the microchip number with the microchip database.  The microchip registration fee is pre-paid by Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.

If you are interested in meeting Willow, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  Willow and her siblings will be ready to head to their forever homes starting on Friday, May 23rd.  If you are not prepared to take Willow to you home this coming weekend, please do NOT apply for her.  We are not a boarding kennel and do not hold dogs.  Our puppies are adopted to the best, first-available home.

Oh, and I LOVE this litter.  This girl is named in honor of a Walker we had several years ago and her adopter will have to give us their first born child and a million dollars to get her. Willow won her way into my heart with her relentless desire to make out with me! I admit it - I LOVE her!!!!!!  So, if you aren't a rock star dog owner don't even think about applying to adopt Willow.  If we deem you worthy of meeting Willow, we will be in contact.  Keep your fingers crossed that you are one of the lucky ones.  The (real) minimum donation required to adopt Willow is $400.
