Meet: Amber. She is a Flat-coated retriever (mom) and possibly a Rottweiler or lab (dad). Amber has the sweetest temperament and joy for life. She is a very affectionate puppy too!  Amber and her siblings had the good fortune of a REALLY fabulous and laid back mommy.  They all seem to have adopted her wonderful persona. 

All of our puppies are fully vetted and given the first set of shots that are appropriate for their age.  We do NOT believe in pediatric spay/neuter and our contract requires that the puppy is fixed at the expense of the adopter by nine months of age. 

All of our puppies are microchipped, but the adopter must register the microchip number with the microchip database.  The microchip registration fee is pre-paid by Homeward Bound Animal Rescue. 

If you are interested in meeting Amber, you must have an approved application with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue.  Amber and her siblings will be ready to head to their forever homes starting on Friday, May 23rd.  If you are not prepared to take Amber to you home this coming weekend, please do NOT apply for her.  We are not a boarding kennel and do not hold dogs.  Our puppies are adopted to the best, first-available home. 

If you aren't a rock star dog owner don't even think about applying to adopt Amber as all of our puppies must go to fantabulous homes.  If we deem you worthy of meeting Amber, we will be in contact.  Keep your fingers crossed that you are one of the lucky ones.  The minimum donation required to adopt Amber is $450.
