Meet River!  He is one of Darla's puppies.  These puppies have a lot of different breeds coming out in them, so we are picking their breed mix based on the individual puppies look.  We believe their mom, Darla, to be primarily a English Springer Spaniel mixed with bull dog.  River and Rupert strongly resemble an old english bulldog more so for Rupert than River.  We think that there is lab, shepherd, and maybe some Vizsla based on Reegan's appearance.  Darla's little family arrived in one of our foster homes at two days of age.  These puppies have been wormed every week since they turned two weeks old, received first DAPP shot at 6 weeks of age, were examined by Dr. Barbara Ramos at Gettysburg Pike Animal Hospital and were cleared for adoption at 7 weeks of age and were microchipped by Dr. Ramos.  Homeward Bound pays the registration fee on your microchip.  If you want to be considered to adopt one of Darla's puppies, you must complete our online adoption application at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  We will begin releasing the puppies to their adopters on 2/13/16.
