Meet Marcus!  Marcus is part of a litter of ten puppies that were found and surrendered to our partner group in Kentucky.  Poor little Marcus had a small skin infection on his leg that caused some hairloss, but we put him on antibiotics and it seems to be recovering now.  He gets so excited when you pick him up that he sometimes pees.  He is a sweet little puppy.  We obviously don't know what there parents were, but these puppies resemble a mix of Chihuahua and Boston Terrier, but we have no proof of either breed.  We just think that they will be small/medium size dogs at adulthood.    We have dewormed them every week since they arrived except the week of their shots.  They have received their first Distemper Combo shot, microchipped and treated with HW/flea tick control REVOLUTION.  Their fecal test was negative for parasites.  And they received a clean bill of health when they were examined by our veterinarian, Dr. Mummert of Timberview Vets.  If you are interested in meeting these puppies, you must have an approved adoption application on file at https://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.  Their foster home is located in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
