Porter is a female dog with a black mask and white chest that is speckled.  She has a cowlick on her back.  She is the largest of the pups here.  Porter most closely resembles a Black Mouth Cur in appearance, but certainly not in demeanor.  We know that her mother is a smaller Australian Shepherd. 

Porter is a sociable pup who likes to vocalize her feelings.  Porter is cautious with new situations and holds back to investigate new things that she is unsure of, until she has found out they are safe. Porter is consistently the last to perform new tasks, compelled more by the fact that her littermates have left her behind, as opposed to inquisitiveness about what is going on.  Porter likes the attention of humans and comes bounding to you when called.  Porter gets along well with the other pups and spends most of her time with the family's seniors.  She is an extremely friendly girl who often initiates play. Porter is very sensitive to correction, so her adoptive family should keep in mind that a little correction goes a long way with her. 
While in foster care, all of Porter's sisters were adopted and she was left behind...Her foster mom can't figure it out, as she has such a sparkly personality and loves to give kisses.  She would make a wonderful addition to a wonderful family.  Is that family yours?
