Gemma is a border collie mix who arrived here with her six babies.  They are now up for adoption and mommy needs to find her forever home too.  Gemma is simply a gem.  She is about two years old, completely housetrained, crate trained, walks like a dream on the leash, she is submissive to other dogs but loves to play with them, she is crazy about playing with tennis balls absolutely loves them, and she is excellent with children.  She is a little timid when meeting new people but quickly warms up.  She looks a little nervous in the picture but we took it at our vets office right before her spay surgery.  She is completely vetted, UTD on shots, Microchipped, and HW negative.  If you are interested in adopting, please complete an online form at http://homewardbound2u.rescuegroups.org.
