Meet: Tubby. Tubby is . . . well . . . tubby. Tubby is happiest with a bowl of food in front of him. It is certainly when he is most focused! Tubby is a very affectionate puppy and the most calm puppy in the litter (which isn't saying much since they are all pretty active).  Tubby's  mom appears to be a smooth coat border collie/sheltie mix and we don't have a good guess on dad (maybe a lab mix).  Tubby and some of his siblings seem to have herding instincts, so if you like the herding breeds he is a puppy to consider.

Tubby is up to date on shots and microchipped.  He is NOT altered, as the rescue does not believe in altering puppies this young in age.  Tubby's adopter, per our contract, will be required to have him altered by nine months of age.

If you would like to meet Tubby, you must have an approved application with  Homeward Bound Animal Rescue .  We receive a number of applications for our puppies, so we ask for your patience as we check your references and try to determine if this litter is a good fit for your family.  Tubby's foster will be in contact to set up a meet/greet if your application is approved.
